We are looking for Technical Lead - Application Developer (Office 365 / O365 ) who wants to learn and transform his career

Responsibility :

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
• Hand on experience in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx development, MS Teams administration, Azure Administration
• Design, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions and architectures that meet business and project objectives.
• Develop technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and documentation to guide the implementation of systems
• Ensure that system components are well-architected, scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and propose solutions to address them.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the development team.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and cross-functional meetings.
• English advance / Fluent.
