Technical Sales Specialist - Brazil

Descrição da vagaEstablish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders in academic, government, and private sectors. Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support, ensuring customers achieve optimal results with MGI products. Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate customers on product capabilities and applications. Collaborate with Field Application Scientists, product managers, and R&D to provide comprehensive technical and promotional support. Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. Contribute to marketing efforts through trade shows, vendor events, and other promotional activities. Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce), prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular activity reports. Monitor sales metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed. You thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation drive success. Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to engage both small and large audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Passionate about advancing genomics and automation technologies to transform healthcare. Field-based role , eligible for remote work based in Brazil Preferred location : São Paulo Up to 50% travel across the territory to engage with customers and stakeholders, demonstrate and sell NGS instruments, attend regional events, and support market initiatives. Comprehensive knowledge of NGS, DNA sequencing, RT-PCR, and molecular biology applications. Hands-on experience with library preparation, lab automation, and system integration for sequencing workflows. 5+ years of successful sales experience in life sciences, genomics, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and develop long-term customer relationships. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. English - advanced level Spanish - intermediate / advanced knowledge desired Master’s or Advanced Degree in life sciences or related fields preferred. Bachelor’s degree with significant technical and sales experience will also be considered.
