Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Creative Strategist with extensive direct response experience.You'll be responsible for both strategy and operations : developing and briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring we deliver
- ads per week.Detailed Responsibilities : Develop a creative strategy by offer, funnel, and awareness stage; publish weekly test plans.Generate net-new DR angles from learnings, competitor swipes, and cultural trends.Outline 2–3 minute VSL-style ads (problem, agitation, solution, proof, CTA) and collaborate with copy on scripting.Write iteration briefs (hook swaps, lead / body edits, CTA tests, packaging, captions) with clear hypotheses.Brief content creators with DR talking tracks, shot lists, compliance guardrails, and demo guidelines.Lead reviews to ensure DR structure, pacing, and storytelling are dialed in.Translate performance data (Hook, Hold, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) into new test briefs within 1–3 days.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess : Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.Familiarity with creative tools and software.A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and grow your career.
