You'll shape both product and tech direction.What You'll BuildAI Interview Engine : Develop real-time AI interviews with FastAPI and WebSocket streaming.Candidate Scoring Logic : Design algorithms to transform voice conversations into structured performance scores.ATS Integrations : Build secure, scalable two-way syncs with ATS / CRM platforms.Recruiter Dashboard : Develop modern React / Next.Js dashboards for analytics, workflows, and reports.Agentic Automation : Create tools for recruiters to customize AI workflows, scoring logic, and voice personalities.Cloud Infrastructure : Deploy and scale globally on Azure (Functions, AKS, Cosmos DB) with monitoring and CI / CD.Problems You'll SolveHow do we maintain

Who You Are4–7 years in full-stack engineering (Python / FastAPI, React / Next.Js, Node.Js).

Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and real-time API architectures.Product-minded engineer.
