Descrição da vagaLead and manage change management processes across multiple departments to streamline operations. Develop and implement productivity-enhancing strategies that align with organizational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and removing obstacles to productivity. Collaborate with leadership and teams to support and guide them through transitions and changes. The Change & Productivity Manager is tasked with spearheading initiatives that drive organizational transformation and optimize operational efficiencies . Within a big internet platform company, this role plays a pivotal part in evolving business processes to maintain a competitive edge.
You Have :
- Portuguese level (native or bilingual).
- English Level (C1+).
- Spanish (desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in change management and operational strategy within a large organization.
- A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a track record of successful change initiatives.
- Superior communication skills, able to articulate change strategies and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
