Requirements :
- Experience working with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Recruiter Lite preferred)
- Advanced / Fluent Enlglish Level
- Experience processing High Volume of candidates successfully
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- A problem-solver mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and tight deadlines

Send high-volume headhunting invitations via LinkedIn.Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy.Add candidates to the ATS , ensuring complete and up-to-date records.Conduct initial screening calls in English if necessary .Post job ads, screen resumes , and manage early-stage outreachCoordinate and schedule interviews across global time zonesEnsure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipelineReact swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)Hit daily / weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.Attributes :
