Who we are looking for
A versatile Full Stack Engineer who can move from discovery to delivery with minimal hand-holding. You are strongest in Node.js on AWS, comfortable with IaC, and fluent in stitching together APIs, LLMs, SIP telephony and cloud services to ship reliable, production value fast. You think in systems, automate what repeats, and write clear, testable code. You enjoy working directly with clients, translating goals into pragmatic workflows, then owning the build, rollout and measurement. You communicate crisply with both engineers and non-technical partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and leave things better than you found them through improved tooling, documentation and dashboards.

What success looks like
In the first 30 days you will map our architecture, run the product locally and in staging, and set yourself up with logs and monitoring. You will close a first batch of low risk tickets, ship a couple of small peer-reviewed fixes, and improve at least one run book.
In the next few months, you will be a trusted technical support partner who triages and resolves incidents end to end, consistently meets SLAs, and owns a service area with clear dashboards and documentation. You will reduce repeat issues through small automations or fixes, contribute to RCAs, and share knowledge with the team.
