Product Designer Senior – Discovery – Brazil – Remote – PJ

Netvagas is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape conversational experiences for our AI-driven products.

The role focuses on designing chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants that deliver intuitive interactions.

Requirements

Proven experience designing chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-powered products.

Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Solid foundation in UX / UI, prototyping, and usability testing.

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).

Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Intermediate or higher English is a plus.

Preferred : experience in conversational UX (CUX).

Experience in EdTech or educational products.

Understanding of product metrics and data-driven design.

Responsibilities

Design digital products focused on conversational experiences (chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants).

Conduct user research to uncover needs, pain points, and behaviors.

Create conversational flows, prototypes, and intuitive interfaces for AI-based experiences.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate ideas into scalable solutions.

Apply Design Thinking, UX Research, and UI Design methodologies throughout the development cycle.

Ensure design consistency across the product, aligned with the design system.
