This position offers an opportunity to become a subject-matter expert in FactSet's premier financial software solutions, particularly focusing on Client Reporting.You will be expected to assist our clients with their business and technical requests, questions, and queries from the Reporting suite of products that Client Solutions covers.

One of the main responsibilities of this role is to ensure the nominal operation of environments, by using our monitoring platforms and running ad-hoc checks on servers, databases and other components of the reporting platforms we service.
