Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team in creating dynamic, customer-centric applications using OmniStudio tools and Salesforce platform.">

Develop solutions that meet clients' needs by utilizing OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

Key Responsibilities">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for : ">

Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs;Creating technical specifications and designs for OmniStudio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices;Customizing and configuring the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable;Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed;Implementing integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions;Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions;Managing the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments;Creating detailed documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions;Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner;Monitoring and optimizing the performance of OmniStudio solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits;Working closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions;Engaging with clients to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features;Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to the collective expertise and professional development of colleagues;Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, OmniStudio updates, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge;Evaluating and implementing industry standard security measures to protect against breaches.">

Required Skills and Qualifications">

The ideal candidate should have : ">

Strong experience with OmniStudio tools, including OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards;Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components;Expertise in using Salesforce's declarative tools for customization;Experience with Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions;Ability to write comprehensive test cases and perform various testing methods;Familiarity with version control systems such as Git;Experience with deployment methodologies and tools like Salesforce DX;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Understanding of Agile development practices;Commitment to staying current with Salesforce features and updates.
