Guided by "We help people eat better, live better," our mission is to ensure efficient resource allocation for logistics partners across delivery zones.Design Spatial Capacity Strategies : Utilizing demand forecasting models and SLA optimization techniques, you'll be responsible for ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet customer demands.Build Resilient Buffering Systems : By designing proactive buffering mechanisms, you'll be able to address volatility scenarios, enabling agile responses to sudden supply–demand fluctuations and operational risks.Optimize Resource Deployment : You'll continuously analyze delivery patterns, traffic dynamics, and partner performance to enhance capacity utilization and reduce operational inefficiencies.Key Requirements : Prior experience in capacity deployment or supply planning.Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL / BI).

Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
