Technical Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a remote Technical Sourcing Specialist based in Latin America with 3+ years of experience and excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent — including software engineers, developers, and other IT professionals — through platforms like Recruiter and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage technical candidates through Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Resource Managers to deeply understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level, and alignment with open positions.
• Develop targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and data mining techniques.
• Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools.
• Stay up to date on market trends, technologies, and sourcing innovations to improve talent pipelines continuously.
• Represent Velozient’s brand professionally and enthusiastically in all candidate interactions.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and help drive inclusive hiring practices.
