This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across our supply chain, from transportation management to inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities : Transportation & Logistics ManagementCoordinate, book, and monitor transportation for products; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Maintain relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners.Manage inbound shipments in WMS and maintain accurate shipping / receiving records.Inventory ManagementTrack inventory levels across all SKUs and storage locations; proactively alert teams of low stock.Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to manage out-of-stock situations.Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.Order Management & Customer SupportTroubleshoot and manually process order-related issues.Work with CX team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure order accuracy.Ensure timely fulfillment of all orders.Financial OperationsManage invoicing processes and ensure billing accuracy.Maintain organized financial transaction records.Handle data and invoices for month-end close processes.Purchase Order (PO) ManagementCreate, place, and track purchase orders; manage production schedules.Coordinate with vendors, maintain relationships, and escalate delays / issues.Maintain organized records of all vendor and co-man documents.Software / Platforms / Tools : MS ExcelGoogle SheetsInventory Management SystemsERP SystemsOrder Management PlatformsWMS (Warehouse Management Systems)SlackGoogle SuiteCRM SystemsFreight Management ToolsProject Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)Qualifications : 3-5 years of freelancing experienceStrong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 / C2 level)2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operationsStrong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and inventory management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience with ERP systems and order management platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailShift Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM US EST
