Salesforce Support SpecialistVelozient is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Support Specialist to join their team.
This full-time, remote role requires at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, support, or configuration.You will partner with the Litigation Support Team to optimize how our client uses Salesforce (Litify) for case management and legal workflows.
As a first line of support, you will ensure users receive quick, clear answers and reliable technical solutions.Responsibilities include : User support and escalation, providing Tier 1 support for Salesforce and Litify users, resolving common questions and issues.Documenting and escalating complex cases to Tier 2, IT, or Litify Support with clear background notes.Additionally, you will be responsible for : Providing training and guidance to end-users on Salesforce best practices.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes.We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong foundation in Salesforce administration, support, and configuration.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Litigation Support Team to drive business outcomes and improve user adoption.
