Let's see what it takes.What you will doProvide efficient and excellent customer support in crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email.Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals.Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-ups on escalations when required.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's trading platform and general market conditions.Understand customers' needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency.Be a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.What you need to succeed in this roleNative Japanese and strong English proficiency (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
