Education
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience
7+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability, or ethical sourcing.
Background in the apparel or textile industry, with hands-on experience in supplier compliance, social audits, and development programs.
Proven track record working with global brands, retailers, or consultancies.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of apparel supply chains, labor practices, and environmental impacts.
Familiarity with international standards and frameworks such as ILO conventions, FLA, SA8000, and regulations like the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
Experience managing social audits, corrective action plans, and sustainability reporting.
Skilled in data collection, analysis, and using digital platforms for CSR tracking.
