We're looking for people who are curious, hands-on, and driven by impact — who want to solve real problems, work with strong teams, and rethink what's possible.If you're ready to do your best work, at scale, with purpose — this is your place.RequirementsResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other Analytics Engineers, actively sharing frameworks, best practices, and reusable components within the analytics chapterLead methodological definitions for KPIs, metric standardization, and modeling conventions across the organizationDesign cross-domain analytical solutions that are interoperable and scalable beyond individual products or squadsContribute to strategic decisions regarding the evolution of the analytical platform, including naming conventions, data catalog structure, semantic layers, and observability toolingRepresent the Analytics Engineering discipline in data governance, data quality, and data architecture committees, contributing to implement enterprise-level standards and guidelinesRequirementsStrong experience with SQL for analytical development and scalable data processingHands-on experience with Databricks, including the development of business-oriented data marts and analytical models (desirable).

Familiarity with PySparkProficiency in data visualization tools, especially Qlik Sense and Tableau (On-Premises and Cloud)Experience managing and monitoring Qlik Sense On-Premises environmentsKnowledge of Qlik Sense mashups, ODAG, and Qlik Sense extensionsProven ability to design and build analytical dashboards and reusable data assets aligned with business logic and performance standardsFamiliarity with GitHub, and collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Markdown-based wikis)Ability to translate business requirements into governed, maintainable, and scalable analytical solutionsHands-on experience with Python automation is a plusKnowledge of AI agents is a strong plusBenefitsCompetitive and market-aligned salaryRemote work — wherever you are, you're part of the team!
