User Experience Designer

Location : Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil About the Opportunity : Join Modirum | Gespi as we adapt our established technologies for the critical UAV Defence sector.

We're building a new, dedicated development team and need a talented UX Designer to craft intuitive and effective user experiences for our client-facing applications.

You will play a key role in translating the complex needs of defence users into compelling and usable interfaces, working closely with product management and engineering.

Your Role in the Team : As a UX Designer, you are essential in ensuring our defence solutions are user-friendly and meet operational needs.

You will :

• Collaborate with the UX Designer / PM and Product Owner to understand user requirements and project goals specific to the defence domain.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to gather insights into defence operator workflows and needs.
• Create design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain UI design standards and guidelines for defence applications.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance on UX best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and stakeholder input.
• Champion user-centered design principles within the team.
• Contribute directly to the team's output by delivering high-quality designs that enhance the usability and effectiveness of the client applications.
