We are seeking a Staffing Partner to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to staff IT business opportunities successfully.

You will bridge Client Services / Sales and the Talent Acquisition team.

What You Will Do

Manage and fill job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and adhering to deadlines.

Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.

Continuously update and maintain job openings to ensure they are accurate and current.

Write detailed candidate summaries and edit resumes to meet client expectations.

Maintain effective communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales to ensure a smooth staffing process.

Here's What We Are Looking For

Experience as an IT recruiter interested in back-office and client-facing roles.

Analytical ability, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Experience as a Staffing Analyst for IT profiles is a plus.

Advanced English proficiency.
