Role Overview :
We are looking for a self-driven and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to our clients’ needs and inquiries; get them onboarded on the Closir journey and increase their adoption of the platform in their day to dat activities.
You will be working closely with the Research and Product Development teams to ensure seamless integration of the clients profile and portfolio of data and help them get started on Closir.com
