Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Analyst responsible for :

Executing all Accounts Receivable (A.R.) processes, focusing on collection of revenues (global, local, agency, and principal) according to instructions received from AR.

Coordinating with the AR Center in Sao Paulo, Agencies, and acting as part of the team.

Preparing and executing A.R. reports for the AR Coordinator and South America Finance Manager (outstanding reports, F2BC reports, Extra Juridical Notification, KPI monitoring, etc.).

Monitoring daily bank activities (BRL accounts) with an emphasis on collected amounts and customer open balances for timely reconciliation.

Following up and monitoring the Official ROE daily.

Supporting the Finance Manager during the credit line approval process.

Requirements :

University Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or related fields.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with SAP System.

Strong analytical skills.

Advanced English proficiency.

Advanced Excel skills.
