Project Manager

Job Description :

• Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services
• Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management
• Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline
• Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update
• Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives / work-around in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations
• Ensure UAT / SIT acceptable from project personnels and report to stakeholders on project outcomes to conduct proper project closure and handover to operation phase
• Create and maintain records of project documentations
• Identify optimisation opportunities on solutions / processes / standard frameworks, etc, work with HQ team to propose and implement to support the idea of pursuing better IT experience
