ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution : Lead the development and execution of Brazil's local IT system implementation plans, ensuring they align with global strategies and requirements.Project Management : Partner with HQ and external vendors to drive system implementation and guarantee efficient project delivery.Collaboration & Support : Work closely with local business units (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to provide operational support, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve user experience and system efficiency.Compliance : Design and implement IT solutions that comply with Brazilian legal requirements, including tax regulations and data protection.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in IT or Finance a related field.Fluent English is mandatory (daily use).
MBA in Project Management is a plus.
5+ years of experience in ERP management and implementation, with expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM / SCM / Finance) and Brazilian localization solutions.
A deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and finance operations.
Proven ability to lead local system implementations in Brazil.Minimum of 2+ successfully delivered system implementation projects, with multinational project experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify business pain points and design effective solutions.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure to coordinate with HQ on local deployment.
