Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for managing full sales cycles for enterprise accounts, handling incoming leads, and qualifying prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (R$50K+ MRR)
- Handle incoming leads and qualify prospects
- Conduct product demos and navigate complex buying committees
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns when business needs require it
- Use AI tools to automate prospecting, research, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with our Solution Engineers on technical implementations
- Build scalable sales processes as we grow
- Adapt to various sales activities based on startup priorities
Requirements
3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experienceProven track record with both inbound lead management and outbound salesExperience selling to enterprise clients (Fortune 500 preferred)Fluent in English and PortugueseComfortable with high-ticket sales (R$30K+ MRR minimum)Experience with CRM tools and sales automationStrong team player mentality essential for startup successWhat We Offer
