Data Collection and AnalysisCollect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, create and enhance dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.Provide regular reports to business stakeholders across functions.Data Quality AssuranceEnsure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance measures.Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies.Communication and CollaborationEffectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of data analytics efforts with broader organizational objectives.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with 3+ years experience preferredProficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis and manipulation tools (Alteryx (preferred), Python, R).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Experience in accessing, querying, and manipulating data within ERP systems and enterprise applications, e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax
