Job Description : We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Insights.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of tools such as SQL and Python.

The primary goal is to be able to translate data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across different business areas such as Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau) is desirable.

The professional will be responsible for leading complex data analysis projects, presenting results, and collaborating with different stakeholders to enhance the company's data strategy.

Experience in data storytelling is essential, ensuring that insights are communicated and documented clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities : - Conduct advanced data analyses to generate insights into business performance, trends, and growth opportunities; - Communicate insights and strategic recommendations through presentations and data narratives (data storytelling), facilitating decision-making processes; - Collaborate with different business areas to understand needs and translate business questions into clear and objective data analyses; - Share knowledge and experience with the entire Data team, fostering technical collaboration and helping to increase the department's data maturity.

Requirements : - Experience in a data analysis role; - Strong communication skills; - Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, Scikit-learn); - Apply quantitative techniques to generate business insights; - Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams; - Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau) is desirable.
