What You'll DoAs an Intelligence Operations Analyst, your charter is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and success.
To do this, you will create and maintain data processes and dashboards that effectively capture and organize relevant information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Ultimately, your expertise will drive operational efficiency and foster data driven decision making throughout the organization.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Growth Intelligence Operations Director.ResponsibilityDevelop and maintain key dashboards for business teams to understand performance and trendsImplement optimizations to data models and dashboards in alignment with evolving business needsWork with the team to create data solutions that service the broader organization in a scalable fashionCollaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and enable data-driven decision-makingProvide enablement to customers of the team's data products to increase utilization and single source of truth alignmentRoutinely interact with cross-functional partners and stakeholders and demonstrate abilities to effectively influence without authorityGenerate new ideas, deliverables, or ways of working that can bring benefits to multiple team membersJob DesignationHybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
