What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define and execute the product vision for the Data Lakehouse platform aligned with business goals

Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives

Evangelize the Lakehouse platform across the organization and drive stakeholder alignment

Lead requirement gathering and product strategy for front-end data tools like Jupyter Notebook and Apache Superset

Drive data governance initiatives and ensure platform compliance with regulatory standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 7+ years of technical product management experience with data platforms or infrastructure

Strong understanding of data Lakehouse architectures and compute frameworks (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Snowflake)

Experience building APIs, SDKs, or client integration layers for large-scale platforms

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience as a software or data engineer

Strong business acumen to prioritize features based on customer value

Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and Apache Superset

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements

Insurance industry experience
