What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies utilizing the employer's recruitment process
Build relationships with top talent and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Develop and communicate external recruiting strategies targeting key communities
Establish regular communication with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs
Collaborate with leadership to design recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry
Proven success in recruiting cleared technical candidates in a fast-paced government consulting environment
Strong ability to close candidates and understand compliance and compensation requirements
Experience in sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Workday software
