What to Expect

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets

What is Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in hardscaping, construction, or building materials

Strong knowledge of hardscaping products and distribution channels

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a willingness to travel regionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in the building materials industry

Familiarity with industry trends and key players in the hardscape market

Relevant certifications in sales or management
