Summary : We are looking for a self-motivated and technically adept FAE to lead pre-sales and post sales technical support in the Wireless IoT industry, supporting our customers’ integration of our cellular modules. Role offers opportunity to be a key part of a challenging, dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a telecommute position.
Responsibilities :
1.Customers' main technical point of contact from pre-sales to post sales, design-in, validation, regression, product launch and post maintenance.
2.Provide on-site and remote support to customers during the entire design / launch process : integration, validation, pilot, mass production and maintenance.
3.Collaborate with R&D to transfer debug and design knowledge of our products to our customers.
4.Hands-on activities involving proof of concept demos, use case implementations and systems validations of our evaluation kits or other IoT systems.
5.Organize technical training, presentation or workshop to customers, partners or internal stakeholders.
