We employ a diverse, dynamic team across more than 100 countries in various challenging roles.Schedule & Location : This is a full-time, office-based position in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with flexibility to work from home one day per week depending on business needs.Testing : Candidates must pass an English assessment.Relocation is not offered for this position.This role involves moderately complex accounting and administrative tasks, including financial data compilation, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, and accounts payable support.

The role also includes preparing reports, managing databases, and supporting management with financial analysis and presentations.Responsibilities Include : Preparing reports and analyzing financial dataManaging ledgers and journal entries, including accounting closingHandling Accounts Payable, travel expenses, and administrative activitiesPreparing financial reports and detailed schedulesReconciliation of financial informationParticipating in special projects and investigations as neededCommunicating with staff to explain data and support accounting issuesProviding advice on accounting principlesPerforming other duties as assignedEducation : Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance requiredWork Experience : At least 2 years of accounting / financial reporting experienceProficiency in managing databases, creating pivot tables, and using Excel formulasExperience with corporate tax is highly preferredRequired Skills : Knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency with financial systems and software (PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office)Attention to detail and organizational skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skillsAbility to work independently under deadlinesFM is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustriesBroadcast Media Production and Distribution
