About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team in São Paulo and support activities related to Payroll and Mobility. This is a great opportunity for students who want to start their careers in Human Resources, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you will do

• Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in data management and compliance with deadlines.
• Assist with HR documentation, contracts, benefits, and employee records.
• Collaborate with the Mobility team in the preparation of documents for expatriates, relocations, and immigration support.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects.
• Help maintain updated reports and HR databases.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes.
