We bring solutions to physicians by providing constant enhancement of our products and services including EHR, practice management, marketing, patient coordination and billing.Job Purpose and RoleThe Technical Product Manager (TPM) acts as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that products are developed in alignment with strategic goals and technical standards.
As the primary advocate for the customer, the TPM works closely with UI / UX architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, value-driven product releases.
This role is responsible for guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring that user needs are met while maintaining technical integrity.
As a key leader, the TPO is ultimately accountable for the product's success and continuous alignment with both business and user expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Agile LeadershipAct as the primary contact for major system issues and product-related inquiriesGather and document requirements from clients and internal stakeholdersManage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for developmentLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other team meetingsCollaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure product quality, accurate implementation, and smooth releasesCommunicate the value of new features to internal teams and clientsOversee and mentor the Product Owner team, including goal-setting, project assignments, and performance evaluationsMaintain internal tools such as developer PTO and assignment trackersRegulatory ComplianceHandle system certification processes (e.g., ONC, Surescripts, MDToolbox / DEA)Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.Manual Testing Team OversightManaged structure and productivity of the manual testing teamAligned testing timelines with product delivery schedulesProvided regular performance feedbackClinical Services (MIPS) OversightDirected MIPS Services in line with financial and strategic objectivesEnsured regulatory compliance and managed escalationsCoordinated with Reg-ENTand leadership, delivered financial reporting, and trained new staff on MIPS-related tasksQualificationsProven experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights through user flows, personas, and other methodologiesDemonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities, distinguish between critical roadblocks and distractions, and make sound decisions under pressureStrong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform product decisionsProactive and self-motivated, with the judgment to know when to seek guidanceExtensive experience gathering, documenting, and communicating detailed requirements, including functional, technical, reporting, and data needsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholdersDeep experience working in Agile environments, breaking down epics into actionable stories, and guiding teams through the software development lifecycleTrack record of successful technology product design, implementation, and deliveryAdvanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesDemonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoringProficiency with Jira and cloud-based architecturesThis is an Independent Contractor position.Job Type : Full-time RemoteHours : 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM EST or 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM ESTThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
