You will work with stakeholders across engineering and product teams to understand current workflows and pain points, define opportunities, and prioritize impactful changes.
Your mission is to help Agoda Tech work smarter by applying strong systems thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to drive change across a large and fast-paced organization.In This Role, You'll Get ToOwn the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and iteration.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions.Influence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational improvements.Work closely with Tech senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiatives.Use data to inform prioritization and track the impact of your work over time.What You'll Need To Succeed3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment.5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains.Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations.A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to simplify complex processes.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist.Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.Experience working with data to support decision-making (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts).
