Within our global Services organization, the Remote Support Hub is a key part of Next Generation Service Operations, providing 24 / 7 technical support to customers in over 160 countries.As a Remote Support Specialist Associate, you will join a team of experts who resolve the most complex and critical cases escalated from our customers' production sites.
Working closely with senior specialists, you will learn how to diagnose and solve advanced automation and equipment issues using industry-leading digital tools and methodologies in the food and beverage industry, helping customers keep their high-speed production lines running efficiently.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn how our equipment and automation systems operate as a whole, combining mechanical and digital components to deliver reliable performance.
You will be trained in our automation platforms and programming tools, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.You will interact remotely with customers and internal teams, gaining exposure to global best practices and contributing to solutions that keep food safe and available everywhere.
