Role Overview

Turing is recruiting carpenters for the Common Lives Project, a research program using wearable GoPro footage to improve AI understanding of manual labor. Record your woodworking, building, or fabrication routines as part of this short-term paid project.

Responsibilities :

• Wear a head-mounted GoPro camera to capture daily activities for 5 separate days within a 2-week window
• Record a minimum of 7 hours per day, with flexibility to take breaks and pause the camera for privacy
• At the end of each day, spend around 2 hours to :
• Upload your footage to a secure platform
• Review short clips
• Choose to delete, anonymize, or consent to each video segment
