ABAP Classic Developer - Key Skills Required

Must Have English advanced and Spanish Basic. Technical experience with SAP ECC, Strong experience with SAP PI / PO interfaces (New, Enhancements, Remediation and Break fixes), integration with other application than SAP, Brazilian and Argentina SAP Localization knowledge, Experience with Upgrade, Implementation and Rollout Projects.

Good to Have Experience working with multiple teams in different regions.

Experience with SAP DRC.

NFe knowledge and enhancements to supply processes.

Previous Functional experience with SAP MM, SD / OTC.

SAP S / 4HANA Rise experience.

SN Key responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

• Perform Preparation of Technical Specification document as per Functional Specifications provided by Functional Consultants.
• Perform Functional Specification review, Peer Review of Technical Specifications prepared by other Technical Consultants.
• Perform Code Review before delivery of new development and suggest best practices as per quality guidelines.
• Implement code remediation during SAP Upgrade project.
• Support SAP Upgrade project creating objects and manual steps.
• Implement and Suggest SAP ABAP Best Practices which can Improve Quality of Design and Build
• Understand and Integrate SAP by developing Interfaces with allied systems interacting with SAP using objects like RFCs, ALE / IDocs, EDI, Webservices, FTP, SFTP, PI / PO etc.
• Ensure integration system activities (PI / PO) including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving).
• Development of Conversion programs to Upload / Download data
• Analyze and Implement business critical Enhancements by finding correct Enhancement through using best practices and Technique.
• Develop Web Portals using WebDynpro objects and Webservices techniques.
• Analysis of Problem Records / Non-Replicable issues using deep debugging of a Standard SAP Transactions through good analytical skills
• Develop REST and SOAP based web services.
• Understanding of Business Requirements from Functional Consultants with customer.
• Understand processes of Logistics modules like SD / MM / FICO.
• Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
• Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
• Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
• Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities
• Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
• Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
• Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
• Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes
• Influences team and specialist peers internally.
• Performs a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities, in a variety of contexts

• Experience in a Professional Pharmacy and Manufacturing company is an asset.
