About the Strategic Customer Account Manager role
This position will oversee the management of key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for a leading global food and nutrition company.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business strategy. Prioritize key performance indicators to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate internal functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial to ensure seamless execution and drive process improvements.
- Build and manage the sales forecast and oversee the customer portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead account planning for major clients, manage BID negotiations, and identify new project opportunities to grow the business and strengthen relationships with customers.
Required skills and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with global customers.Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry, and a strong understanding of market trends and challenges.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and build lasting partnerships.Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects to achieve business objectives.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.Benefits :
