Job Title : Tableau Cloud Specialist

Location : Remote (EST preferred)

Project Overview

Join a high-impact migration project transitioning from a legacy BI system to Tableau Cloud, expected to wrap in 4–6 weeks. The legacy system will be decommissioned before year-end, and this role may touch into that phase.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Tableau Cloud migration efforts across multiple sites and bridges

Interface directly with internal stakeholders (Bain employees) to resolve access issues and troubleshoot live via ServiceNow

Assist with ticket resolution for non-report owners needing activation or access

Contribute to automation efforts using Python and Tableau command line tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provisioning (Azure experience a plus)

Help reduce reliance on ticketing responsibilities by improving self-service and automation

Must-Have Qualifications

3–6 years of experience with Tableau Cloud

Experience with multi-site and multi-bridge Tableau environments

Strong Tableau Desktop skills

Automation experience (Python, Tableau CLI)

Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills

ServiceNow experience for live troubleshooting and ticket resolution

Background in help desk or solutioning environments

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with user provisioning via Azure

Reporting or development background (not required but beneficial)

Additional Notes

This is not an engineering or development role, but familiarity with reporting and dev workflows is a plus

Candidates should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with internal clients
