ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates, inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and manage relocation considerations.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as the Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.Coordinate end-to-end support for employees (visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, etc.).

Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Contribute to a team culture characterized by helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing / outsourcing model.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, plus ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing goals.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Employment DetailsExtent & Duration : Start ASAP.

Full-time.

Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.

Minimum 12 months.Hours : Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Overtime compensation 1 : 1 in flex.Location : Working from home or a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration : Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.

Includes paid national holidays and 20 paid vacation days.
