We're Hiring – Project Manager / Business Analyst (Production Support & Enhancement) Location : Nearshore – Brazil (Remote) Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 5+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead production support and enhancement initiatives for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating Agile processes, managing releases, gathering business requirements, and providing subject matter expertise in Workday configuration.This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead release activities, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and prioritization meetings.Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.Manage project and resource planning activities to ensure on-time and quality delivery.Perform business analysis — gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Conduct data analysis to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and fixes.Act as a Workday configuration SME, supporting system changes and ensuring alignment with business needs.Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or enterprise systems.Proven experience managing production support and enhancement projects.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.Hands-on experience in Workday configuration (HCM or Financial modules preferred).

Excellent data analysis and documentation skills.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.Experience working with distributed or nearshore teams preferred.
