We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team.
This role will have a strategic focus on building compelling financial presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders, as well as developing and maintaining long-term financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve long-term financial models (5–10 years) for scenario planning, business valuation, and strategic decision-making.Prepare executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate financial insights, business performance, and strategic initiatives.Translate complex financial data into concise and impactful materials for senior management, board meetings, and investor relations.Partner with business and strategy teams to incorporate key business drivers into the long-term model.Consolidate inputs from multiple departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment in long-term projections.Support budgeting and forecasting processes with sensitivity and scenario analysis.Identify risks, opportunities, and trends in financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.Ensure alignment between long-term models and short-term forecasts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial modeling, scenario analysis, etc.).
Strong experience in building strategic presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
