OverviewThe Brazil Channel Account Manager role is a key function and the central hub around which all partner productivity and value is created.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to work hard, and the ability to creatively problem solve with a strong sense of outcome ownership.
The candidate must communicate clearly across marketing, operations, finance, accounting, and sales within Datalogic and with identified partners to express the vision for their business and outline specific needs to work toward that vision.
Location is remote from Brazil with the ability to travel extensively (50%+ of the time) across the region.Role MissionTo be successful, identify key partners in the market and develop a shared 3–5-year strategy with each to grow their business with Datalogic in a consistent and predictive way.ResponsibilitiesEngage with channel partners to drive productivity and value creation for the business.Communicate the vision and partner needs across marketing, operations, finance, accounting, and sales within Datalogic and with partners.Develop and implement a shared long-term strategy (3–5 years) with key partners.Travel extensively across the region (50%+).
QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA / BS) in business, economics, marketing, or related field.Fluent English; written and verbal communication skills.At least 5 years of experience managing distribution partners, including business plan development, contract execution, and partner relationship management.Deep understanding of channel and distribution models with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.Proven experience in developing and executing business plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.Experience in bar code scanning, mobile computing, wireless technology (Wifi, WLAN, Bluetooth) preferred.Negotiation and presentation skills; ability to present to multi-level clients.Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%+ of the time) across the region.Other Information And SkillsResults orientation : drive to achieve short- and long-term goals.Customer focus : identify and meet customer needs (internal or external).
