Key job responsibilities Own promotional events onsite experience from end to endDefine how customers will discover events and deals on websiteMaster in site merchandising, driving experimentation and innovationBuild creative briefs, content plan, UX wireframes and partner with Content & Design teamsDrive automation initiatives for on site merchandising in partnership with global teamsPartner with marketing teams to drive long-term customer engagement initiativesClosely track and report campaign engagement metricsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsFluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and verbalPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsKnowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignExperience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical levelExperience in online retail / B2C marketingOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
