You'll join a small but mighty team of recruiters supporting our next phase of expansion across multiple markets.

In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across the business to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and strengthen our global talent strategy, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional people by combining data-driven insights with a genuine understanding of culture, performance, and potential.Requirements5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, or Marketing environmentsProven success building scalable recruiting strategies for international or multi-market teamsExperience partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring prioritizationStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools — with results to show impactComfortable managing the full recruiting process end-to-end (sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offers)Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and data to tell a storyProficiency with ATS management, process improvement, and automationExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishA hands-on, collaborative approach — you enjoy both strategy and executionA customer-service mindset that delivers a great experience for both candidates and hiring teamsWhat You'll DoPartner with leaders to align recruiting efforts with business goals and growth plans across functions and regionsManage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring smooth, consistent processes from sourcing through offerChampion a world-class candidate experience that reflects Quartile's valuesUse data and automation to streamline recruiting operations and improve speed and quality of hireDevelop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring metrics and pipeline healthCoach hiring teams on structured interviewing and inclusive decision-makingBuild strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mappingManage and optimize our recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly)Partner with People Operations to ensure seamless handoff from hiring to onboardingBenefitsFully remote workThe opportunity to join an international teamCompany laptopGenerous paid time offThis is a PJ contract based out in Brazil
