Senior Vendor Operations Analyst

Position Purpose : The Senior Vendor Operations Analyst leads the assessment and monitoring of vendors performing outsourced activities such as production of print materials, ensuring quality standards are met.

This position is the subject matter expert in the evaluation of vendor performance, and is relied on by Vendor Operations Analysts for guidance, counsel, and expertise.

Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be used to assess vendor performance to ensure quality standards are being met.

Performs analysis of vendor performance, identifying trends, defects, etc. and making appropriate recommendations to Management.

Resolves compliance and PHI breach scenarios; documents Incident Reports for review by senior management, works directly with vendors to modify contract language as necessary.

Manages Corrective Actions Plan portfolio (CARs) and is responsible for working directly with Info Security, Compliance, Legal and Privacy to manage, remediate and strategize alternative vendor performance parameters as necessary.

Coordinates projects and activities of multiple VOAs (without formal supervisory responsibilities).

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance / Accounting, Business or other technical / analytical field required; emphasis in statistics, math or related field preferred.

Six Sigma black belt or yellow / green belt certified and actively participating within black belt program development.

Five to ten years in an operations / production position and / or previous management-level experience.

Experience with Excel (complex formulas) and PowerBI highly preferred.

Pay Range : $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
