Responsibilities
Act as power administrator for workflow management platforms, overseeing system configuration and user permissions
Manage project oversight for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any risks or roadblocks
Support vendor processes including onboarding, invoicing, and compliance tracking
Assist in developing and improving workflows, project scopes, and timelines in collaboration with marketing teams
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights through dashboards and operational reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
Proficiency in workflow management systems such as Wrike
Strong understanding of multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital and content strategies
Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing components of integrated marketing campaigns, including events, paid media, and email marketing
Ability to leverage automation and AI to enhance workflow efficiency
Familiarity with performance monitoring and reporting tools
