We are hiring for one of our clients a leading manufacturer of bikes, Qutes & electric 3-wheeler Job Title : Dealer Development Manager Base Location : Sao Paulo Experience Requirement : 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in Dealer Development, Network Expansion, and Automotive Retail Operations with exposure to dealer audits, process improvement, and profitability management.
Role Type : Individual Contributor Role Purpose : To drive dealer network effectiveness, profitability, and readiness by ensuring process excellence, systems standardization, and continuous capability enhancement across all dealerships.
The role will be pivotal in shaping the of dealer network, ensuring strong process discipline and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Dealer Network Development & Performance
- Drive network planning and coverage expansion, ensuring strategic presence across markets to maximize business potential.
- Design and implement workshops aligned with corporate identity (CI) norms, optimizing dealer infrastructure and service readiness.
- Conduct periodic dealer performance reviews to assess business health, profitability, and customer experience outcomes.
- Identify underperforming dealerships, recommend improvement plans, and oversee implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strengthen dealer capability through structured engagement, capability-building, and performance enhancement programs.
- Partner with field teams to ensure uniform brand experience across all customer touchpoints such as sales and aftersales.
2. Systems, Processes & Operational Excellence
Establish and standardize systems, processes, and review mechanisms across all dealerships and regions to ensure consistent operations and governance.Implement and monitor business analytics and intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making and profitability tracking at dealerships.Lead process improvement and re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and dealer–customer experience.Identify and replicate Good Working Practices (GWPs) from within the automotive industry to drive continuous improvement.Audit dealerships to assess adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend corrective actions to sustain performance and compliance.Ensure organizational and dealer readiness for new or updated systems, digital tools, and operational frameworks.Key Interfaces : Internal Stakeholders :
