The Role

We're looking for an Account Executive who will grow our existing business and work closely with customers in a fast-paced, startup environment.

What You'll Do

Close and manage e-commerce companies on our SaaS platform

Represent customers' interests to our factories

Organize and manage a production schedule for key accounts

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Ensure customers receive services that are within budget and meet their needs

Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find ways to improve business

Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders

Develop a strategic approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets

Update your HubSpot pipeline religiously

Maintain less than 5 % customer churn

What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a startup

2+ years working with a CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive

Experience with prospecting is a huge plus

Experience in the e-commerce industry or FMCG space

Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives

An interest in developing and selling sophisticated business solutions at the C-suite level

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C2)

Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills

Remote-ready : own a desktop / laptop with at least 8 GB RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection (20 Mbps, quiet space)
